What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a results-driven Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities through compassionate, evidence-based care. Throughout my career, I have worked across a range of clinical settings, including community-based organizations and family services, to digital mental health platforms. I specialize in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches. Every session is tailored to the unique needs and strengths of each individual. In addition to providing therapy, I have led clinical teams, developed impactful programs, and partnered with community organizations to expand access to care. Whether I am guiding a therapy session or designing a program that meets the needs of an undeserved population, my goal is the same: to empower healing, build connections, and deliver real, lasting results. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Norfolk State University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hampton University. I am currently independently licensed in the states of Virginia and Texas.
