Brooke Campbell is a “Licensed Professional Counselor" and their license number is 37PC00736600. I strive to provide a warm, compassionate, and safe environment where clients can openly share and address their personal challenges. While I work with adolescents and adults, my specialization lies in supporting women as they navigate various mental health symptoms and stressors, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, integrating techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to promote a happier and healthier quality of life. During our sessions, we will focus on identifying personalized treatment goals and developing effective coping strategies to make these goals more attainable. My aim is to empower clients to leverage their individual strengths, cultivate self-compassion, and build confidence as they progress on their journey to recovery and healing.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m passionate about creating a warm, compassionate, and safe space where clients feel comfortable sharing their personal challenges. While I work with both teens and adults, I specialize in supporting women as they navigate life’s ups and downs—whether it’s dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or major life changes.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Here’s a condensed version of the session outline: A typical 60-minute session starts with a warm check-in and a review of progress or homework. The main focus of the session follows, where we address specific challenges, process emotions, or work on therapeutic techniques like CBT or mindfulness. We'll spend time building skills or practicing coping strategies, then wrap up with a recap, possible homework, and next steps, ensuring the client leaves feeling supported and focused on their progress.
