She has experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, crisis management, behavioral and oppositional challenges, as well as school related concerns. Brooke approaches therapy with an empathic, non-judgemental and safe space for all. Her goal is to help provide a light to those in need. She recognizes the tremendous courage needed to seek help through therapy when life becomes difficult. Her mission is to provide individualized evidence-based strategies to help empower, enhance, and strengthen each client while in a supportive therapeutic environment. Brooke strives to help each client alleviate the hurdles and stressors of life and achieve their individual goals.
