Hello! I'm a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. I hold a Master's degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. My CA license number is 143836, and I am currently employed at the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy. I work with individuals, teens, and couples throughout the state of California. What should a new client know about working with you?

Our work together will be dynamic, insightful, and at times challenging. I'm not one to simply nod and listen; I'm here to actively engage with you, offer insights and ask probing questions. I value your mind-body connection, seek to understand all parts of you, and deeply respect the inner-knowing and wisdom you bring to session.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The process begins with a free 15-20 minute consultation call in which we discuss your goals, answer any questions you might have, discuss whether we feel like a good fit, and schedule your first session. Sessions are typically once a week for 50 minutes unless we agree on a different arrangement.

Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
