I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find healing. My passion for mental health began at age 12, after experiencing complex trauma including my parents’ divorce. Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) helped me overcome those struggles and shaped my deep empathy for others. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem issues, mood regulation, anger, and grief. My approach combines Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR to help clients process and release trauma, manage emotions, and move forward with greater peace and purpose. I’m committed to providing a safe, compassionate space for growth—healing through both mind and spirit.
