Hello! I'm Brooke, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts. My journey in mental health began with working with children on the autism spectrum, which blossomed into a vibrant career supporting adults through various life challenges and diagnoses, including substance abuse, family dynamics, depression, anxiety, and more. After earning my master's degree, I had the incredible opportunity to develop and direct one of the leading opioid treatment programs in the country. Now, I'm thrilled to focus more on my passion for providing counseling. If I had a personal slogan, it would be 'treating the person, not the diagnosis.' I believe that each individual has their own unique story, path, and goals. My mission is to create the most comfortable and safe environment where you can achieve any goals you set for yourself. I see my role as a tool and guide for your growth and development, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other forms of talk therapy.
