MD
Something brought you here. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or run down. Maybe you’re navigating a life transition, or feeling stuck and disconnected, just going through the motions. Whatever it is, you don't have to figure it out on your own. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 20 years of experience providing individual and family therapy, clinical supervision, and consultation. I'm also a Board Certified Telehealth Professional, Level I, and a Board-Approved Supervisor. I specialize in complex trauma, attachment, adoption, and life transitions. You’re the expert on your own life and there’s no one right way to therapy. We’ll move at whatever pace feels right for you, and focus on what matters most… whether that’s deeper understanding, healing, greater confidence, or a space to breathe and just be. You can tell me where you’d like to go, and I'll help you navigate the road ahead. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, a good cup of coffee, and hiking with my one-eyed rescue dog, Copper.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
