I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Adelphi University, which has equipped me with the skills to provide compassionate and effective care tailored to your unique needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with clients to identify patterns with thoughts and behaviors that keep them stuck in self-defeating cycles. I teach clients skills that will help them in the here and now while leaving room to process and heal from ongoing negative emotions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have experience utilizing behavioral therapies such as DBT and CBT. I aim to help clients overcome negative patterns with a present-oriented and collaborative approach.
