My name is Brooke Thorson, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Wisconsin. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Marquette University. I have multiple years of experience working mostly with children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families of all backgrounds. My approach As a practicing therapist, I feel privileged to be a part of people's unique journeys in processing, coping, healing, and overcoming life stressors through strengths-based and client-centered approaches. My focus I treat clients experiencing a wide variety of life situations and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and trauma. As an adoptee myself, I also have a specialty in helping clients impacted by adoption and foster care. I'm currently only seeing clients under 18 years old.
