What should a new client know about working with you?

Some of my special interests include adjustment difficulties and developmental transitions, identity development, LGBTQ+, anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, and mindfulness. As an integrative practitioner, I blend conceptual and practical components from different psychotherapies such as Humanistic, CBT, and Psychodynamic based on your individual needs to help you achieve personal insights and desired changes. Creating a welcoming, warm, safe and supportive space with a strong therapeutic relationship, high attunement, and understanding of your unique complexities and needs forms the foundation of truly meaningful work.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer an initial 15 minute complimentary consultation to determine goodness of fit for working together while listening to your needs to help devise the best therapeutic focus for you, then typically see patients for 45 minute sessions once a week.
