Getting to know Bryan Llorente

Hello and welcome! My name is Bryan, and I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience in several clinical and therapeutic settings. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. I began my career working for Advent Health Hospice Care, one of the largest non-profit hospital systems in the country. In this role, I provided therapeutic counseling services to individuals and families navigating major transitional periods such as receiving a terminal illness diagnosis, the death of a loved one, and significant life adjustments. This experience has given me a strong background in addressing depression, anxiety, situational stress, grief, and understanding how medical issues impact mental health. I also worked for Orlando Health at the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies, covering the ED/Triage, antepartum, and postpartum units. There, I provided psychotherapeutic counseling to patients with a history of mental health issues or those experiencing medical emergencies, traumatic events, domestic violence, manic or depressive episodes, psychotic episodes, and suicidal ideations. Additionally, I offered education on postpartum depression and childcare. I am a strong advocate for self-development and continuing education. Since 2021, I have been teaching as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Florida’s College of Health Professions and Sciences. I have also worked for the National Suicide Prevention Line, where I gained experience managing a variety of mental health and emotional crisis situations over the phone. I feel well equipped to help clients address a wide range of issues, whether in person or online. I take an objective approach to understanding problems and collaborate with clients to develop strategies that empower them to learn the skills necessary to achieve their goals.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of- network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
