Bryanna Larrea, AMFT

Psychotherapist
766 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA
The provider is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and is currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. Their current employer is Bry Larrea Therapy. Hi there, I’m Bry. A psychotherapist, writer, marketer, and fellow human. I came to the work of therapy by sitting on the couch as a client first. I was anxious and overwhelmed, and after a decade in the tech world, I was disconnected from myself and burned out. Therapy became the place where things started to make sense again. Over time and with a lot of hard work, I started to feel like a steadier, more me version of myself. Therapy changed my life—and it’s what led me here. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles, and trained with couples & families at the esteemed Maple Counseling Center and with families struggling with the effects of memory loss at OPICA. Along the way, I found myself drawn to couples and family work, as well as helping clients work through grief, loss, & trauma. I work with couples, adult families, and individuals navigating high levels of conflict, grief, and major life transitions. Whether my clients come to my office in Pasadena, California, or meet via telehealth, my hope is to help them move toward a steadier, more connected way of living in a confidential space. When I’m not working, you might find me at the pottery wheel, enjoying a great cup of coffee, hiking, or doing things that help me feel grounded and present.
