My focus areas include relational functioning, personality development, spirituality, loss, and transitions. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Religion with a minor in Psychology and a Master of Science from Montana State University. I have provided counseling on college campuses and worked with diverse cultures. As an adjunct university professor, I taught Religion and Psychology for several years. With a broad perspective and deep compassion, I help people navigate life's challenges. After 26 years of living and learning across 10 different states, I am thrilled to be back in the Pacific Northwest. I am married with two children, three grandsons, and a grand-dog and two grand cats. In my free time, I enjoy travel, reading, cross stitch, hiking, puzzles, and spending quality time with loved ones.
