“Cade was very kind and listened to my concerns despite it taking me a moment to figure out how to word it since eloquence is not my forte when it comes to discussing how I'm feeling. He didn't cut me off and I didn't feel rushed to talk. I didn't feel judged either when I disclosed the reason I sought out a therapist and he genuinely wants to help improve how I'm doing mentally. Over the past few months with medication adjustments from a doctor and situations changing, my anxiety has gotten out of control and various things have triggered both that and my PTSD more often than they did before and Cade didn't treat me like I was a broken doll or as though I'm going to be a difficult case. I've never found that therapy helped me before as I've seen about 12 different therapists, but I felt less agitated and a bit of hope when having my first session which was very different compared to previous therapists so I'd say that's a good sign already. ”

Getting to know Cade Dopp

You’re constantly overthinking, overwhelmed, or on edge—and you're tired of it. Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t let you rest, relationship tension that feels unfixable, or a sense that you’ve lost touch with who you really are. You want to feel whole, connected, and strong. Most of all, you want real relief and lasting change—not just to cope, but to truly heal and move forward. I specialize in treating anxiety, relationship issues, depression, identity issues, parenting, and life transitions. My approach is holistic—together we’ll connect emotional health with things like sleep, nutrition, and movement to support healing from the inside out. I use evidence-based practices like CBT and ACT. It takes courage to ask for help. You don’t have to navigate this alone. In our work together, you’ll be heard and respected. I’ll meet you where you are and walk with you toward meaningful change. If you’re ready to feel like yourself again, I’d love to be part of that journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You will feel like you can be open, honest, and vulnerable with me. You will feel respected and understood. I won’t judge you. I will be both direct and compassionate with you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will start by figuring out what you want and need. You might want someone to listen to you, to feel less depressed, improve your self-esteem, improve a relationship, or something else. Next, we will plan how to use our time together to meet those needs. We will make progress and have setbacks. I will celebrate your progress with you, and help you get through your challenges. My hope is that by the end of our time together, you will feel whole, connected, and strong.

We saw Cade for couples therapy and it was only our first visit. We were a little apprehensive and this was the first time in therapy for us. Cade was so knowledgeable and quickly gave us tools and reassurance that made us both feel hopeful. Looking forward to working with him. Would absolutely recommend. ?

It was so nice working with Cade and Leanna. We’ve done marriage counseling before, but never with therapists who were also married. It was really insightful being able to work with them, I wish we had found them sooner.
Cade is amazing! I always feel comfortable sharing my feelings and showing my emotions with him. He speaks very kind and gentle and is very patient. He always listens and tries to understand before he gives his thoughts. I appreciate so much the respect and trust that he builds and I value his knowledge and experience. I would definitely recommend Cade!
My husband and I came in for couples counseling and parenting advice. Our relationship was pretty good, but we just wanted to be proactive about improving our relationship. Cade was super helpful. I honestly think every couple should do at least a few sessions with him. And his help with our parenting has made me feel so much more connected with my kids.
Best relationship counseling I’ve ever received.
Cade has been helping me with my anxiety, and I’m so glad I got him as my therapist. I have seen a few therapists over the years as my anxiety has ebbed and flowed, and that has helped, but honestly never as much as I hoped it would. Cade’s approach has been a little different, and has been so much more helpful. He’s really good at helping me to understand what is in my control and to let go of the things that aren’t. It has been such a relief to finally let my mind relax.
I get depressed every winter, and thought that’s the way it would always be. Cade gave me some super simple tools that have made a big difference in the way I feel.
My wife and I worked with both Cade and Leanna for some couples counseling. It made a tremendous difference in our marriage. Even though we still have challenges, we have the tools we need to face those challenges. I appreciate Cade and Leanna’s ability to be encouraging, supportive, and challenging all at the same time.
Cade was awesome to work with. I saw him with my wife for couples counseling as well as one on one. He was very knowledgeable and easy to connect with. He was able to give us great insight and skills to use to help strengthen our relationship.
My wife and I have been getting help from Cade and Leanna with some parenting challenges we’re having with one of our teens. I felt like I was almost beyond hope, thank goodness my wife found these two and convinced me to give them a chance. Somehow, they seem to know exactly what we need and they have made a tremendous difference for us. They have our deepest thanks.
Cade was the perfect therapist for my son. I have tried several other therapists in the past, and Cade was the first one that actually connected with my son and made a difference with his depression. I will forever be grateful for the way Cade has helped my son and our whole family.
