Getting to know Caitlin Allen

With over five years of experience working with children and adolescents, I work with clients to help them grow, heal, and feel more like themselves again. I care deeply about creating a space where kids feel safe, supported, and understood—especially those dealing with big emotions, anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, and self-harm, or thoughts of suicide. I use a mix of play therapy, CBT, and DBT to meet each child where they are, and I love teaming up with parents to build strong, supportive foundations at home. Therapy doesn’t have to feel scary or heavy—I’m here to walk alongside you and your child, and I’m genuinely excited to get started and see where the journey takes us!
