If you’re reading this, I’m ALREADY PROUD OF YOU! Seriously. Looking for a therapist means some part of you is ready for things to feel different — and that takes courage. Even being here is a step. I work with teens and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, overthinking, relationship stress, family dynamics, breakups, self-esteem struggles, and big life transitions. A lot of my clients look like they’re “handling it” on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly hard on themselves.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me isn’t about lying on a couch while I nod silently. It’s a conversation. It’s understanding why your brain does what it does. It’s learning how to respond differently instead of spiraling. It’s having a space where you can say the thing you don’t say anywhere else.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I’m warm and supportive, but I’m also honest. I’ll validate what you’re feeling and I’ll gently challenge the patterns that are keeping you stuck. My goal is for you to not just vent, but to actually understand yourself better and build tools that make your day-to-day life feel more manageable. This is your space. No judgment. No pressure to be perfect. Just real conversations, growth, and support. If you’re ready, we can figure this out together.
