As such, my approach is strengths-based, collaborative, supportive, non-judgmental, culturally responsive, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I am an eclectic therapist, which means I draw from multiple modalities and approaches to cater to each clients’ individual needs. I have training and expertise in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and also draw from Mindfulness and Gestalt techniques and practices.
