Caitlin Earle, LICSW

Psychotherapist
MN
Hello! My name is Cait Earle, and I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist with roughly 10 years of experience. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Minnesota. I began my career at Mayo Clinic, working with pediatric patients facing depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. Since then, I have expanded my practice to serve clients of all ages, from about 5 to 85 years old, including couples and families. My approach I enjoy incorporating a variety of therapeutic strategies, including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based practices. My goal is to help you become your own therapist—empowering you to learn and trust your instincts, perhaps for the first time. Together, we develop meaningful goals and aspirations, and I absolutely love witnessing my clients gain confidence as they experience positive change. I am passionate about this work, and I believe that passion shines through when we work together. My focus I especially enjoy working with teenagers, young adults, and those who find themselves at an impasse later in life—feeling lost and in need of support to reconnect with themselves. I have experience addressing a wide range of concerns, including general stress, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and eating disorders. My communication style I bring a kind, gentle, and empowering approach to therapy. You are always in the driver’s seat (I’ll remind you of this often), but I’m happy to sit beside you and suggest a U-turn if needed! I like to have fun and joke when the time is right. It’s important to me that my clients enjoy our time together and feel uplifted when our sessions end.
