I am a LCSW with over ten years of experience and exposure advocating for people of various backgrounds to create better lives. Using a strengths-based; trauma-informed; and empowerment-centered approach; I help clients navigate and garner strength in their identity; communities; and relationships. I have particular experience within the LGBTQ community; in working with adults with serious mental illness and/or addictions; the veterans community; and with survivors of trauma.
