Psychotherapist

Hi there, I'm Caitlin! Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I congratulate you on starting your journey, and I’m here to make sure that it is meaningful to you. I believe healing is possible when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My work focuses on helping teens and adults navigate trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm through experiential, strength-based therapy that goes beyond just talking. If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself and move toward lasting change, I would be honored to walk alongside you. My approach I use a trauma-informed approach rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and shift patterns that may be holding you back. I also incorporate techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic practices, and Mindfulness to support healing on both emotional and physical levels. Your unique needs guide our work together — we'll focus on building practical skills, strengthening your inner resilience, and helping you move forward with greater clarity, connection, and confidence. I integrate principles of neuropsychology to help you better understand how your brain and body respond to stress, trauma, and healing. By building awareness of your nervous system and emotional patterns, we can strengthen pathways for resilience, self-regulation, and lasting change. Together, we’ll use this knowledge to empower your healing journey and create new, more supportive ways of experiencing yourself and the world. My focus Have you been feeling like something just needs to change? I work best with older children, teens, young adults, and adults who feel a spark inside — even if life right now isn’t where they want it to be. My ideal clients are motivated to learn, grow, and make changes, and they aren’t afraid to laugh, joke, and bring a little humor and sarcasm into the healing process. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is built on trust, authenticity.
