“I've only ever had good experiences in therapy with Caitlin. I feel like I always come out of our sessions with new ideas of why I am experiencing what I'm struggling with each time, and that's honestly what I'm going for each time. I always want to find the pieces of the puzzle for my life and Caitlin not only helps me retrieve them from the depths of my brain but also shows me where they go in terms of healing and growing into the healthier future me. I'm so grateful I was able to get a session with her roughly two years ago, because I feel like I'm finally making progress in therapy with her guidance as we have continued to meet since then.”

Getting to know Caitlin Lee

Hi there! Do you have difficult relationships in your life that you are trying to navigate? Would you like to better understand how trauma has affected you and your relationships? Would it be helpful to explore your relationship with substance use or medication in a non-judgmental way? Are you struggling with one or more chronic illnesses that impact your mental wellness and quality of life? Therapy provides you with the dedicated time and space to explore your concerns and address your wellness needs. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, which informs my compassionate and informed approach. My goal is to help others find their strengths so they feel empowered and supported to take on challenges-with a little humor along the way. LGBTQ+ ally. Please note I do not provide: - Couples therapy - Documentation requests for outside providers/entities. If documentation is required during the course of treatment, additional out-of-pocket fees will apply.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first session, you'll share some information about yourself and what you'd like to work on in therapy so I can best understand you and your unique circumstances. We'll use this information to clarify your goals and better understand how the therapeutic relationship can help you. As sessions progress, I'll share my observations about personal and family patterns and review your successes. We'll regularly assess your satisfaction with therapy and how the journey is going.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Caitlyn Lee has been so good to me and for me that I went beyond “would you recommend this therapist to your friends” - I actually did recommend her to a friend who needed help and she has been really good for him too.
Caitlin has been wonderful to work with so far. Her therapy style has been honest, which helps me understand and not have to second guess things. I appreciate her ability to pull at the threads I lay down, asking deeper questions to both understand me, and help me understand my own situations. She's been extremely open-minded with everything in my life and I feel very comfortable being honest and open with her.
CAITLIN IS THE BEST AND HAS SAVED MY LIFE. It took me years to find a therapist who truly listened to my needs and helped me deal with my trauma and depression. She just gets it and gets me, which is rare.
Caitlin has been fantastic! She takes time to ensure she is considering every part of my experience, family history, and goals. She has been especially knowledgable about trauma, emotional immaturity, head injuries, and PCOS. She is offering me more than any of my previous providers and I look forward to continuing to work with her!
