Caitlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as a licensed chemical dependency counselor (LCDC). As well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy certification. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020 with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Caitlin utilizes techniques borrowed from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), she treats clients from a holistic, client-centered perspective from a trauma-informed lens. *Currently training to become a Level I and II Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.*Please note: If you are looking for ADHD care, I do not prescribe controlled medications like Adderall or Ritalin. However, we can support you with therapy and other medications commonly used in ADHD treatment, such as Strattera and Intuniv.*
