Hello, I'm Caitlin! I live in the beautiful hills of eastern Kentucky with my husband and our energetic toddler. We love spending our time outdoors, exploring nature, and trying to keep up with our little one’s boundless energy! I graduated from the University of Kentucky and have been practicing as a therapist for 10 years. I truly love what I do and feel honored when clients trust me with their stories. I am naturally curious about others' experiences and believe that everyone has a unique journey worth understanding. My experience includes treating trauma, process- and substance-oriented addictions, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and severe mood disorders. If you are navigating any of these challenges, I am confident in my ability to assist you in reaching your goals. I understand that reaching out for therapy can be nerve-wracking and takes immense courage. I pride myself on creating a comfortable and supportive environment where we can build a strong rapport and work together effectively. My approach is client-centered; I meet you where you are and help you achieve your personal goals. I am comfortable with most classic therapy models and am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
