What is your typical process for working with clients?
I provided a tailored supported strategy and collaborated treatment plan where the client goals and objective are strength-based. During sessions I offer a variety of evidence-based therapy services, including cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and accelerated resolution therapy.

Calvin is one of the easiest, and friendliest people to talk to! He always has helpful tips for coping with whatever the situation, is very patient, and down to earth. I appreciate the dedication he puts into his work helping people. He also is very good at picking up where we left off each week and I am so thankful for that. I highly recommend his services to anyone who may not be sure where to start their therapy journey! I am a busy mom of four and I feel like I’m talking to a very knowledgeable family member when I meet with him! Thanks so much for all your help Calvin!
