"When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are forced to change ourselves," noted psychiatrist and Holocaust survivor Viktor Frankl. When those situations become unmanageable, sometimes an unbiased third party can be an excellent solution. You don't have to struggle with these symptoms forever; we can work together to better manage and overcome them.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and work through a person-centered, feminist, and systemic lens that considers how our upbringing, social circle, work or school, and general life experiences affect our behavior, relationships, and overall feelings. My goal is to help individuals and couples work through internal and external conflict to reach your full potential.
Reaching out for help can be understandably intimidating, and it is often through our fears and challenges that we make the biggest changes. As we work together, we will move at a comfortable pace to meet your needs and goals.
