I am interested in working with someone who wants help—a person who wants to understand themselves better and make meaningful changes in their life. I am excited to work with individuals who are willing to be vulnerable and honest. My approach ensures that clients feel heard and understood after each session. I believe it’s important for clients to feel both challenged and encouraged, recognizing the effort they are putting into their growth. Together, we establish clear goals that guide our work, fostering a sense of motivation, investment, hope, and progress with every meeting. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Carolina, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support clients effectively on their journey toward self-discovery and change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer non-judgmental reflection and solution focused client-based problem solving. We will start from where you are. You will choose the goals and choose what is important to get into. I will guide and support so that you have the space and the feedback to get into the work.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I like to start from where the client is, identify the issues that are most significant to the client, set our goals, build our plan together and do check ins at the beginning of each session. I utilize a combination of solution focused/task centered therapy with CBT along with language from motivational interviewing.
