Hello, and welcome! I commend you for taking a very important step towards your personal growth, and healing. I would be honored to join you in this journey. I understand that right now, you may be going through a period of suffering. You might be feeling lost, hopeless, hurt, afraid, or overwhelmed. You may have tried to manage on your own for a long time, and it’s just not working anymore. Whether there's a specific issue you want help with, or if you don't even know where to start, I’m here to help. In our sessions, we will work together to address the issues that are most affecting you. We will also look at your core beliefs about yourself, others, and the world at large, as well as how these came to be, to better understand your current challenges. I specialize in trauma and relationships, but I have experience with a wide variety of issues.
