I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Austin, TX, with a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas, Austin. I have experience in a wide array of mental health fields, including working with individuals who have experienced trauma, grief and loss, and depression. I am passionate about working with culturally diverse populations, including those in the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Additionally, I am deeply committed to social justice and advocacy work. I am ready to get to know you and help guide you toward your self-set goals and inner peace!
What should a new client know about working with you?
I am passionate about working with culturally diverse populations including those in the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. I also have a wide array of experience working with those who have had trauma, grief/loss, and depression.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I enjoy getting to know my patients and help them form goals for therapy. I tailor the therapeutic experience to the client and their needs and like to use modalities like Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
