Getting to know Camille Ness

Hello, I'm Camille. I believe that each person has exactly what they need for healing within themselves, and I am honored to be a part of uncovering that with you. My approach to therapy is tailored to your specific needs, creating a safe and conducive space for healing and growth. I describe my approach as collaborative, gentle, and flexible, always aiming to meet you where you are on your journey. I enjoy assisting clients in exploring the different parts of themselves through a trauma-informed lens. My therapeutic methods include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and more. These approaches allow us to work together to address and heal from past traumas, manage anxiety and depression, and navigate life transitions. I am a master's-level clinician, dually licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC). I graduated from Metropolitan State University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. In 2020, I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist™ Specializing in areas such as anxiety, depression, family relationships, life transitions, PTSD, stress, and trauma, I am committed to supporting you through various challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive and understanding environment where you feel heard and valued. If you're ready to start your journey towards healing and self-discovery, I would be honored to work with you. Let's uncover the strength and resilience within you together.
