What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is Eclectic based on the needs of the client. I incorporate Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I am sensitive to the needs of my client. I serve as the facilitator to client growth and development, as therapist.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session includes clients being asked their calmness and happiness levels, using numbers. Their moods are also assessed. I ask clients what they need from the session and how I can help them during the particular session. We cover topics based on client’s needs, and what issues take precedence.
