You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. Maybe you're navigating a major life transition, grieving a loss, struggling with ADHD, or questioning whether the life you're living actually feels like your own. You may be functioning well on the outside while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, understand what's happening, and figure out what you want to do differently. I work with adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, ADHD, neurodivergence, relationships, and questions of identity and purpose. Using ACT and existential therapy, I help clients understand themselves, make room for difficult emotions, and take meaningful steps toward a more authentic life. Therapy can help you understand yourself more deeply, respond to life's challenges with greater flexibility, and create a more authentic, meaningful life. If you're feeling stuck or uncertain about what's next, feel free to schedule with me.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I enjoy working with people who are trying to figure themselves out and create the life they want. During our first few sessions, we'll work together to better understand you, how you conceptualize your circumstances, and what meeting your goals would look like. Then, we'll create a plan to reach those goals and work through any barriers.
