My communication style My purpose is to help clients achieve success in their lives by practicing active listening in a supportive, non-judgmental setting. My journey to mental healthcare I've always been drawn to helping others. Being able to sit with someone during difficult or confusing times in life showed me how powerful human connection can be in resilience and overcoming the things that life can sometimes throw our way. My first session with you During our initial sessions, we'll explore what led you to counseling and work on identifying issues you'd like to address during our time together.
