These modalities include: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness. Candas is a Certified Disability Advocate with the Utah Developmental Disabilities Council in partnership with the USU Center for Persons with Disabilities and the Disability Law Center. She served for 2 years on the Utah Developmental Disabilities Council as a Governor appointed member. Candas finds her connection and healing through family, creating, music, nature, and God.
