I practice an integrative approach tailored to the needs of each client, with an emphasis on the Person-Centered and Solution-Focused approaches to therapy. My goal is to assist clients in creating comprehensive plans for setting and achieving goals, facilitating behavioral change, establishing and maintaining relationships, and enhancing their effectiveness and coping skills. I also offer EMDR and trauma-focused therapy. I hold an MEd in Counseling from Lamar University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support clients effectively.
