She completed her bachelor's degree at California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt, and her master's degree in clinical social work at California State University, Long Beach. Ms. Campbell believes therapy is most powerful when it helps you bridge the gap between "just getting by" and living your personal truth. Therapy can support you as you navigate the development of skills and the examination of experiences and social expectations that have influenced your life. She has often been told that she has a keen ability to see the invisible patterns of thoughts, behaviors, and feelings that have influenced your core beliefs and perceptions. Ms. Campbell's passion is to support you and provide interventions that facilitate healing and transformation. When you understand and remove the power of deep-seated patterns that have negatively influenced your lives, something shifts: your mind, body, and soul begin to align, and you know your personal truth and can live as your authentic self. Once this fusion occurs, your whole life changes.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me is a partnership where your current needs lead the way, not a rigid manual. I don’t believe in staying stuck in one path just for the sake of structure; if we’re working on a current problem and a clue to an old trauma or core belief pops up, we follow it. I’m conversational and real—I don't hide behind clinical jargon. I want you to feel grounded from day one with practical tools, but I also want you to feel truly seen. We aren’t just here to talk; we’re here to uncover the powerful person you are underneath all the "shoulds" you’ve picked up along the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We usually start right in the thick of it—focusing on lowering the volume of your symptoms and building a toolkit of coping strategies and mindfulness to help you feel better immediately. As we stabilize the present using CBT, I keep an eye out for deeper patterns. When the time is right, we pivot. We’ll look at the "underlying stuff": unmet needs, old schemas, and the past experiences that are still pulling the strings today. By healing those roots, we clear the path back to a present where you understand yourself better, leading to a fusion of mind and body that allows your authentic self to lead the way.
