I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years in the Mental Health Field. I believe that Therapy is a partnership, allowing you to feel empowered to develop your self identity, regain focus and clarity of mind through acceptance, internal healing and understanding.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My Therapeutic Holistic Views centers around healing the Mind, Body and Spirit, with a focus in Trauma Therapy and Behavioral Modification. Her down to earth personality provides a relaxing environment for clients allowing them to grow mentally.
