I earned my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and my Bachelor’s from Georgia State University. My approach My therapeutic approach is nurturing yet challenging, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma-Focused, and Client-Centered Therapy. My focus I work with clients who are open and willing to put in the work toward change. My communication style I have a warm communication style, and my therapy tone is supportive and challenging, designed to help you reach your desired position in life.
