Hello, I am happy to see you are taking the time to care for your mental health. I am Candy and have worked within the mental health field for 23 years. I specialize in stress management and anxiety. I believe that with the right support and guidance, many can learn new healthy coping skills that help decrease symptoms we all experience in response to daily stressors and life events. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. In addition to my specialization, I have worked with the co-occurring population for the past 19 years. I have served as a therapist in treatment facilities supporting both detox and residential populations. I have also assisted individuals transitioning from their family of faith, guiding them to move forward from the shame often associated with that experience.
