Her passion for mental health was born from growing up in a community where emotional struggles were often overlooked and seeking therapy was uncommon. Those experiences, combined with her Christian faith, inspired her to create a practice where individuals can find hope, healing, and practical tools to overcome life's difficulties.
Caprice believes that true healing addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions using evidence-based therapies while thoughtfully integrating biblical principles into the counseling process for clients who desire faith-based care.
Through Essence & Grace Development Center, her mission is to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients, especially minorities and people of color, feel seen, heard, and valued. She is committed to helping individuals develop emotional resilience, strengthen healthy relationships, discover their God-given identity, and become the healthiest version of themselves.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
