Psychotherapist
CA
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should feel safe and supportive while also helping you move forward in meaningful ways. Using a person-centered foundation, I create a space where you feel heard and understood. I integrate Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help process painful experiences and reduce lingering distress, along with Solution-Focused Therapy to build on your strengths and create clear, achievable goals. If you're ready to begin healing and move toward a more grounded, confident version of yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy with me is supportive and practical. For anxiety and depression, we identify thought and behavior patterns that keep you stuck and build tools to create relief and forward movement. In trauma work, we move at a safe pace to reduce triggers and strengthen coping skills. I also use solution-focused strategies to highlight your strengths and help you reach meaningful goals.
