We all have experiences that have impacted us and it's my goal in my practice is to be a space for clients to feel heard; understood; and gain insight and skills to help navigate an ever-changing world as their best self. I have worked in a variety of settings with this goal in mind. From someone in crisis to those struggling with addiction who continue to find themselves in the criminal justice system.
