I work with adults navigating trauma, mood disorders, and moments of crisis that feel overwhelming or destabilizing. Many of the people I see are struggling with shame, self-criticism, or feeling like they “should” be handling things better than they are. Shame keeps people stuck. Self-compassion creates momentum. And you don’t have to figure this out alone.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I like to create a collaborative space where we laugh, connect patterns, gain insight, and connect as humans. I value deep, introspective work because real change happens when we understand ourselves.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My work is trauma-informed and grounded in approaches like CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Jungian therapy. I will tailor your treatment to your individual needs. I’m active, engaged, and passionate about learning new tools for my clients. I’m also open to meeting multiple times per week when extra support is needed.
