“Taking the steps towards getting the help you need isn’t always easy. One of the hardest parts of it all is choosing the right therapist! I am forever grateful for Carissa. She takes the time to really listen and in just one session you’d be able to tell. She does not judge and she gives great feedback I feel relief after our sessions. I highly recommend”
