“For this being my first ever therapy appointment/session I was very unsure of what to expect; however I was pleasantly surprised. Carissa had a welcoming presence from the very first interaction and it was very easy to bring up issues that I normally find difficulty expressing. Despite this first session being moreso introductory, it is now something I am looking forward to and seeing the amount of growth that I am able to accomplish with her moving forward.
