My name is Carl Bastien. I earned my Doctor of Education in Counseling Psychology and a Master's in Clinical Psychology, both from National Louis University. I am a licensed mental health counselor in the State of Florida. I have provided crisis management, short-term, and intermediate psychotherapy for individuals and groups in outpatient community mental health settings, as well as in college counseling. Presenting concerns have included depression, anxiety, anger management, substance use disorder, bipolar disorder, and severe and persistent mental illness.
