Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) offers skills for managing intense emotions, building healthier relationships, and staying grounded during moments of distress. I also integrate motivational interviewing to support change around habits like substance use, a strengths-based approach to help you recognize what’s already working, and psychodynamic techniques to explore how past experiences may be influencing your present. Together, we’ll use these tools to create a path toward clarity, healing, and lasting growth. My focus I specialize in working with young and middle-aged adults who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating the weight of depression, recovering from trauma, managing substance use, daily stressors, or facing major life transitions.
