What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach embraces both compassion and humor. I maintain a direct and non-authoritative style, aiming to create a safe and inclusive space where all aspects of your identity are honored. My ultimate objective is to help you feel completely authentic and connected with your sense of self-worth. Engaging in therapeutic work requires courage and openness, and I consider it a privilege to be a part of your journey. If you're interested in exploring whether we're a good fit, I invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation. This initial meeting will provide an opportunity for us to get to know each other better and determine if we can work together towards your personal growth and well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Empowerment stems from taking what’s within our circle of control while also acknowledging the chaos outside of it. This can become complicated with the intersection of complex trauma, attachment issues, addictive/obsessive behaviors, a strained relationship with Self/body/mind, or intrusive thoughts. No one should have to go through this process alone. I collaborate with you to find your value-based actions that can eliminate avoidance and interrupt unwanted behaviors.
