Hi – my name is Carla, & I'm passionate about assisting individuals in making positive life changes. My 8 years of clinical experience has included supporting individuals in inpatient, outpatient, crisis and emergency settings. I am experienced in providing counseling services to adults, young adults, and adolescents.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship/family conflict, acute stress/crisis, grief, anger, and more. I am bilingual in English and Spanish & am committed to providing culturally responsive, strengths-based therapy in a safe and nonjudgmental space, that honors your unique background and lived experience.

I believe therapy should be a space where meaningful, sustainable changes can be supported. My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and grounded in helping clients feel safe & empowered.
