Carla is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified School Social Worker. She serves as captain of the “Blue team” at Legacy Behavioral Health, PC. Carla has 20 years of experience as a provider of clinical services, and has been a clinician at Legacy Behavioral Health since 2019. Carla received her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from SUNY Oneonta in 2001, and a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Albany School Social Welfare in 2003. Carla has a long standing history of working with a diverse population and has worked with teens and young adults as well as those in middle adulthood. Carla uses a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Talk Therapy. Carla's goal is to provide a non judgmental and confidential space for patients to feel comfortable to foster transparency, growth and healing.
