I hold a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of West Florida. Alongside my clinical work, I serve as an Adjunct Instructor in the Social Work Department, which deepens my commitment to facilitating positive change.
My journey into social work was inspired by witnessing the transformative impact it has on individuals' lives. Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, I have spent the last 13 years immersed in the vibrant community of Florida. Outside of my practice, I cherish moments with my family, indulge in reading, and find solace in gardening.
My expertise lies in supporting young adults and adults navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, and racial trauma.
